  • Your set up and clean up times must be included within the time you book. For example, if you book the venue from 10 AM to 2 PM, you may not enter the venue until 10 AM and all of your belongings and guests must be out of the venue by 2 PM.

  • Yes, you may update your booking time, length, or date subject to availability via Peerspace.

  • Any overtime will be billed at up to 2X the hourly rate. To avoid additional charges, make sure you book enough time upfront and plan your event accordingly.

  • No. Anything you bring into the venue must also depart with you. We conduct a check at the booking end time to avoid lost and left items. We encourage guests to do a final check to ensure they have all of their belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • All of the permanent furniture in the venue is included in the rental. This includes the furniture you see in photographs.

    -Six 6-foot folding tables

    -Two 4-foot folding tables

    -Four cocktail tables

    -Six banquet round tables

    Banquet round tables are available at an additional cost.

  • Yes. Folding tables come with fitted black tablecloths.

  • We do not offer in-house catering or food service. You may hire your own caterer and bring in whatever you would like to serve your guests. You must bring your own plates, cups, and utensils.

    We have a full refrigerator and freezer, sink, microwave, water cooler/heater, and dishwasher. We do not have an oven or stovetop. There is an area for back of house catering prep.

  • Yes, you may hire a DJ but they may not bring in woofers or subwoofers. We have a variety of speakers on-site for your listening pleasure. All music must be off by 10 PM according to District of Columbia ordinance.

    We recommend visiting one of the many bars and nightclubs that DC has to offer if your festivities will continue after 10 PM.

  • Guests are asked to bag their trash for disposal. We have trash bags available for your use.

  • Glitter and confetti as well as glitter-filled and confetti-filled balloons are not permitted in the venue.

    Guests are not allowed to hang décor from the walls or tape décor to the walls. Tape of any kind may not be used on the floor.

  • Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

  • Peerspace may ask to see proof of insurance for full venue rentals. Event insurance can be purchased for approximately $100 on EventHelper.com.
