DC’s haven for Black women, femmes, and they/thems of color to connect, collaborate, and build community.

Ìpàdé is designed for all of who you are.

A network of bold people doing great things

Ìpàdé is an incubator filled with Black and Brown creatives, innovators, and business leaders who share resources and strategies that propel each other's next level of professional growth. Here, you can speak candidly with women across various sectors who get where you are and empower you to get where you want to be.

Social events to build community

Ìpàdé is more than a space, it’s an experience. Our events help you tap into your power, fulfill your purpose, and live a life more aligned with your vision. From wellness retreats to Makers Markets to Beyoncé watch parties, Ìpàdé organizes events where you can celebrate life or level-up in community.

The perfect space for productivity or leisure

Designed with the Black woman's experience in mind, you'll find walls adorned with powerful images of women of color, Black woman-owned products for your use, and music playing you can always vibe to. Whether you want to meet with friends or have a quiet space to record your new podcast, Ìpàdé is your beautiful and serene canvas.

Authenticity is welcome here

This is your safe space to show up in the fullness of who you are. At Ìpàdé, we strive to celebrate and support individuality. Here, we put away our corporate masks, leave the competition and hustle culture at the door, and support each other fully.
