We all have a to-do list to go through every day, whether you physically write it down or not. Lately, it may be getting harder to draw the line between professional and personal tasks that need to be done within a  particular time frame. But you don’t have go it alone. We’re sharing three of our favorite apps that we hope will make your life easier.

Notion

Whether you need it for work, business, school, or home, Notion is a powerful all-in-one tool that allows you to write, plan, and organize on your terms. Although it takes time to initially set up, the drag-and-drop interface makes it user-friendly and clutter-free. The project-management and custom workflow capabilities makes Notion a unique solution for womxn entrepreneurs who have a lot on their plate.

You can bring clarity to both yourself and your team when you build out a system that everyone can access and organize.

Liberate

According to Healthline, meditation can help control anxiety, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Sounds pretty good right? Well even better, there is a Black-owned app called Liberate that is a safe space for the Black community and people of color to develop a daily meditation habit. App store reviews have praised the intentionality, empathy, and collective effort the creators of Liberate provide to its users.

If there’s one thing womxn of color entrepreneurs and changemakers need, it’s safe space to breathe, clear your mind, and ‘woosah.’ Liberate is not your typical meditation app - it is a curated space to feed the mind, body, and soul through meditation, wisdom, and community.

Otter Voice Notes

Womxn of color business owners are usually juggling multiple jobs, roles, and responsibilities. Do you have a lot of meetings? Do you work through your day by talking out loud? If so, Otter Voice Notes might be the app for you. Whether you want to record meetings, brainstorm out loud, or prep foran interview, Otter can transcribe your recordings. Once they are transcribed, you can go in and edit to make sure they’re accurate, and send them to their respective places such as iCloud or Google Drive.

Enough with the messy hand-written notes or endless Google Docs of information. Simply record, edit, and save.
